I provide individualized tax preparation and planning services to over 300 clients covering individual, partnership, corporate (C and S), fiduciary, deferred compensation and non-profit tax returns. I always strive to customize the work to meet each client's individual needs and pride myself on being extremely accessible and responsive to their issues that arise.
I received my CPA certification in 1975 and have worked in both public accounting and in private sector positions responsible for various degrees of tax work. I am a member of the AICPA, the national professional tax organization and the NJSCPA, the state professional tax organization. My dual certification as a CPA and CFP allows me to identify financial planning issues that may arise when I am reviewing a tax return and conversely, identify tax planning issues that may arise during the preparation of a financial plan. I have been quoted in local, regional and national publications on issues such as the tax impact of qualified plan distributions, year end tax savings strategies and education related tax deductions and credits.
I take pride in being in the forefront of new and innovative Tax Planning strategies, such as planning for the Roth IRA Conversions in 2010. This new tax law allows everyone with traditional IRA's to convert to Roth IRA's without regard to income limitation. However, a comprehensive cash flow analysis must be performed to help you decide whether a Roth IRA conversion is appropriate.
